Ernesto Núñez , trompetista costarricense, es uno de los músicos más solicitados en Latinoamérica para tours y grabaciones, llegando a trabajar con muchos de los grandes exponentes de la música con una versatilidad que va desde el clásico al jazz, pasando por la música contemporánea y latina. En el campo clásico ha trabajado con Andrea Bocelli, Plácido Domingo, Los Ángeles Phillarmonic, Orquesta Sinfónica de Guatemala, Orquesta Filarmónica de Guatemala, Orquesta Sinfónica de Maracaibo y la Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de República Dominicana, entre otros. En el jazz con Dave Weckl, Chris Botti, Justo Almario, Néstor Torres, Arturo Sandoval, Ed Calle, Walfredo de los Reyes Sr, Poncho Sánchez, Víctor Mendoza, y Abraham Laboriel. Ha grabado varias producciones como solista, la más reciente “Belucity”, además de ser artista B&S para Latinoamérica.
Ernesto Núñez, Costa Rican trumpet player, is one of the most sought-after musicians in Latin America for tours and recordings. He has an extensive career that has allowed him to work with many of the utmost exponents in the music field. His admirable versatility ranges from classical to jazz, including contemporary, Latin, and Caribbean music. In the classical field he has worked with great exponents such as Andrea Bocelli and Plácido Domingo. In his experience with great classical orchestras, he has also participated with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Guatemala Symphony Orchestra, the Guatemala Philharmonic Orchestra, the Maracaibo Symphony Orchestra and the National Symphony Orchestra of the Dominican Republic, among others.
